Please report any information about that unfortunate meeting here. Senator Sam Aanestad is authoring new legislation this year that will force labor regulators or other bully bureaucrats to educate and help small business owners – rather than intimidate or fine them.
SB 1267 contains common sense regulatory reform for small business owners and actually changes several labor code statutes that have been used as a club by overzealous regulators to harass and penalize hard-working small business owners.
