SACRAMENTO - Reinforcing their strong support for California businesses and job creators, Senate Republican Leader Jean Fuller (R-Bakersfield) praised the efforts of Senate Republicans during the 2015 legislative session.

All 14 members of the Senate Republican Caucus received top scores on the just-released California Chamber of Commerce (CalChamber) 2015 legislative scorecard.

“California is home to more small businesses than any other state in the nation,” said Sen. Fuller. “The CalChamber scorecard reflects Senate Republicans’ commitment to supporting small businesses and the jobs they provide our state. I’m very proud of our efforts this year, and we’ll continue to prioritize legislation in 2016 that improves the state’s economic climate and increases job opportunities for hard-working Californians.”

According to CalChamber, legislators were rated based on how they voted on priority bills to California’s business community. The scorecard can be viewed here.
