Bob Dutton (R-Rancho Cucamonga) was a guest on the Bill Handel Show on April 28 to discuss the importance of passing Senate Bill 629, legislation that would require sex offenders to renew their driver's license on an annual basis. Bill Handel's top-rated show airs on Southern California's largest radio station, KFI 640-AM.
